My Story
1989, I was frustrated with crime and blighted conditions. I knocked on doors encouraging neighbors to join together. United Neighbors of South Hollywood (UNSH) was created and I served as president from 1990 to 1994.
Near 1991 Mayor and Commissioners scheduled me to speak at the next City Commission meeting after neighbors complained about the Inferno Lounge patrons parking in front of their homes. Commissioners planned to revoke the business license or limit operating hours.
Advocating Against Blight And Crime Was Politically Treacherous
I found out that the Hollywood Police Department Officers were charging patrons five and ten dollars for parking in the free parking lot and pocketing the money. To avoid paying the fee; the patrons were parking in front of neighbor’s homes. But; three days before I was scheduled to speak; my son ran home in fear and panic stating that and a man in a car pointed a gun at him and stated, “Give me your jewelry!”
Political Oppression
As bazaar as the incident sounded; and after questioning my son; I realized the incident was not for jewelry from a kid that did not have any jewelry; but a warning to keep my mouth shut or risk harm to my Children.
Unknown to me; people were placed in my life to gain trust and find ways to compromise and frame for arrest. Numerous ruse and schemes that served no legal purpose, were continuing and ongoing against me.
I made two unsuccessful attempts to run for Hollywood City Commission elective office. However, my advocacy with other neighborhood groups was success Voters approved fundamental change in government from citywide elections to Single Member District Elections which allow the people to vote for representatives that live in their District.
Later; I was shocked to find in personal conversations with political opponents Eleanor Sobel and Beam Furr; that they were still hostile towards me. Starting 2008; I began to notice odd patterns of conduct directed against me; but when I told others; no one believed me.
Near 2011; I inadvertently exposed misconduct at the Broward County Courthouse. A ruse or scheme that they do all the time did not turn out as planned. To shield the misconduct and keep the public from knowledge of how they operate; I am black-listed Watch Listed, placed in a retaliatory take-down program of continuing and ongoing harassment, retaliation, and surveillance.
To this present day; no matter when, where or how I interact on this earth; I encounters orchestrated patterns of conduct; designed to assault/attack; cause duress, fear, intimidate, ridicule and other harms designed to control my behavior, chill my speech.
I, and millions of other citizens throughout the United States has been placed in these clandestine operations without due process. These programs are a smokescreen for non-consensual experimentation and Research.
Citizens are never told what they have done or of any accusations alleged against them. Citizens are never given notice of hearing or the opportunity to purge themselves from these draconian program operations. This could happen to you or someone that you love. I am asking for your help.

Advocating for fundamental changes in government can become politically treacherous. Near January 1994; Joy entered the race for Hollywood City Commission against the incumbent Eleanor Sobel. Eleanor Sobel told Joy; “Get out of the race; that’s my seat!”
Joy responded, “It’s the People Seat, and I am not getting out of the race!”
In retaliation, the then Hollywood City Manager Sam Fintz and Hollywood Police Chief Richard Witt sent negative information to the newspapers about Joy alleging statements Joy made during a past Public Comment Section of the Hollywood City Commission.
Joy lost the 1994 Hollywood City Commission race but later joined with other neighborhood groups to fight for other fundamentals changes in government including; change from citywide elections to Single Member District Elections.
Single Member District Elections allow the people to vote for representatives that live in their District. It makes it easier for any person, especially people of color; to enter a race for elective office without having to raise substantial amounts of money to represent their community.
March 4, 2015
I went to the emergency room of a hospital in Fort Lauderdale Florida for chest pains. Later, the ER Physician reentered the room with an expression on his face; as if he had seen a ghost.
“I knew that something was wrong and that the ER physician was not going to give me any information related to my health. He asked; “Who did you say is your primary care physician?” I responded, “I didn’t say; you did not ask.”
Later, a different guy entered the room to withdraw more blood. I refused. The physician returned and said it was ok, as the guy would only get one (1) vial. Well, the guy returned with this towel around his neck. He performed the vein puncture and did so in a manner to allow blood to continue flowing. The guy used the towel that he had around his neck, to absorb the excess blood and while doing so, he had this type of crazed look in his eyes.
The next day I rushed back before office opening hours to obtain my medical records to prevent altering or changing my medical records. Since this date, Doctors refuse to tell me about the devices in the x-ray I now experienced changes, delays and denials in gaining access to my medical records at some locations.

I have never given any authorization or consent for invasion of body integrity to implant these or any other bio-medical device or technologies.

Psychological Operations - Facial Recognition Technology
During this time to this present day; Before when I would go to the Laundromat in Hallandale Beach Florida; I noticed a pattern wherein certain individuals would arrive that were similar in appearance to family members or people that I knew. I considered it strange; and the precise timing and unique coincidence to these individuals to others in my life was startling.
I sensed that someone was looking at me. When I’d glance up the woman in the pictures would be looking at me. She did not look exactly like my mom but she somewhat reminded me of my mom who was deceased. Her presence was always peculiar because she would always arrive after I had started my washing, but she would never wash clothes or have anything with her to wash. Most often she monitored my movements, and she usually stayed until I was preparing to leave. Please notice the following pictures of a different lady at the same laundromat on March 2, 2021. She certainly looks similar in image to my sister.
Near one month later: April 8, 2021
My sister died. On April 12, 2021 near 7am; I was preparing to go to be with family. I rushed to the laundromat, and no one was there. But sure enough the lady showed up within fifteen minutes without any clothes to wash or any reasonable purpose but to just watch and intimidate me.
After forty minutes she got in her car and I decided to get in my car too, because the matter with this woman was too much of a mystery to me. I observed that she went to rental apartments near the area of the laundromat. I am now sure that continuing and ongoing operations using different individuals; engage the nefarious use of Facial Recognition Technology against me in my everyday civil liberties.
It should be noted that it does not matter what state of the United States that I travel; I encounter the similar patterns of conduct directed against me and are too numerous to mention here.
I am asking for your help to gain my freedom from this program. I am forced to deal with the nefarious sadistic use of Facial Recognition Technology by exploiting likeness of image of my family members and orchestrating events in my everyday civil liberties. (see Gallery for other pics).
