Since 2008; I have been forced to endure continuing and ongoing orchestrated patterns of harassment and retaliation in my everyday civil liberties.   On this website, you only see, what appears to be one-time events.  But these continuing and ongoing patterns has caused injuries and threats to my health and safety in everyday occurrences.

March 15, 2014, near 1:45 pm: I was driving north on I-95 between I-595 and Davie Boulevard exits. No vehicle was in front or next to the driver in the first video.  In a process called sensitizing; the driver engaged in the same pattern of harassment that I experience all the time.  He intentionally cut over in front of my vehicle to harass me; to get my attention of the Tennessee plates on his vehicle (My family is in Tennessee). I started the recording. Then he drove back into the other lane.  I turned off the recording. 

But the patterns of harassment continued near 1:50 pm as I continued driving north on I – 95 between Sunrise Boulevard and Oakland Park Boulevard exits.   Two-cars joined together.   Each driver intentionally engaged in patterns of conduct by cutting me off and brake checking my vehicle several times.  This was very scary as they also blocked me in and tried to cause an accident.One of the vehicles continued north on I-95.   The second driver exited in the direction I was travelling on the Commercial Boulevard exit ramp. In the second video, you see the hostility of the road rage driver as I approach.  I got a police report on the incident.  The car was not registered to the same guy who was driving the car.  It should be noted that some people who participate in the harassment and retaliation will rent vehicles or use other vehicles to avoid detection and shield misconduct.
