February 7, 2011 – North on US Highway 45 Mississippi to Tennessee
I, Joy Mack has been under some forms of surveillance since the late 1980s. But I now have reason to believe, that I had been under surveillance long before that time. In 2007; I was not sure of what was happening, but I picked up patterns of somewhat noticeable harassment and surveillance directed against me. It was difficult to get people to believe me when I complained about the patterns of harassment. In efforts to document and prove what was taking place; I had to come up with ways to document what was happening to me.
In the February 7, 2011, audio recording; I noticed the pattern of harassment directed against me as I was driving through Mississippi to Memphis Tennessee. There were two lanes and very few cars. There was no reason for this white man to antagonize me over and over for over an hour.
And no matter where I am on this earth; as a part of the program that I have been placed in; I still experience these forms of harassment retaliation and surveillance; (patterns of conduct); directed against me every day of my life.
Note: for any person who might experience the same patterns of conduct. The perpetrators who are hired to harass you possibly know you better than you know yourself. For every system of documentation, you make to show the patterns of conduct directed against you; make sure that you back this information up; duplicate it and store it in a different location because your perpetrators will try to destroy or steal that information from you.
March 6, 2016, Oakland Park Florida 33311
It is my belief that the people participating in these covert government-sponsored harassment retaliation and surveillance programs are told any number of things about the people they are surveilling. This place my life at risk because no one has told me whatever it is alleged that ‘I have done.
No one has given me the opportunity to refute or attend a hearing to address any issue regarding any allegation.
Not knowing the truth to the situation carries risks. In a most situation where I have tried to take pictures to document what is taking place, the person tries to become hostile toward me. And often the other people around are also paid operatives for surveillance; so you will never get to the truth because they take an oath not to tell.
On Sunday, March 6, 2016; I had just left a phone banking organization and was driving along Oakland Park Boulevard in Oakland Park Florida. I noticed a pattern of conduct of harassment from some guy in a grey/silver vehicle for a period of time. After I turn to go to the ATM Machine at Regions Bank; the guy rushes to the other entrance to beat me to the ATM lane.
No one else was there and I kept at a distance from his vehicle and took pics as documentation. Of course, he saw me taking the pictures and left.
After I left the bank and again proceeded east on Oakland Park Boulevard; here the guy appears again following me. I got scared and called 911 Dispatch.
In the audio recording(s); the unknown male called 911 too. He alleges to the 911 Dispatcher that he does not know why I took pictures. But he did know.
And no matter where I am on this earth; this is the pattern conduct; I suffer every day of my life.
May 11, 2016 Flagler County Florida 32135
On this Wednesday, May 11, 2016; I was driving north on I-95 when this horrid pattern of road rage harassment ensued.
This white male would get in front of me, then behind me to rush my vehicle. I was dodging in and out between other vehicles, including big wheelers trying to get ahead of this guy, and for which he would chase behind me. Or I would dodge between other vehicles and drop a distance behind him.
He would then pull over, wait for me to approach and he would then come and start harassing me again. This was extremely dangerous. This went on for nearly an hour and had me scared.
When I tried to get the 911 CAD Report on the incident, numerous employees told me that it did not exist; that it could not be found. I kept inquiry and received an email from an employee with a logo stating Honesty and Integrity. Those words in her email gave me faith. This wonderful person found what I was looking for within a short period. I thank God for the people with integrity.
And I am thankful to the motorist in the second audio who was in a different vehicle and observed what was happening and called 911 Dispatch.
June 17, 2025 In Florida between mile-markers 355 and 335 South on I-75
On June 17, 2025 while traveling south on Highway 75 (I-75); I had four previous encounters with big rig tractor trailers driving over into my lane causing me to reduce speed, pick up speed to avoid a crash or totally slow and move out the lane and go around the truck. Between mile marker 355 to 335 I encountered this long tractor truck hauling lumber that I attempted to past but maintained distance as it appeared he would sometimes move into the left lane on my attempts.
Finally, I attempted to pass and as I approached the middle of the truck, I observed the truck wheels edging into my lane. There was a big 4×4 truck speeding up behind me to also past the tractor trailer so I could not abruptly slow, and I attempted to speed up.
Unfortunately, I then observed the tractor trailer tires/wheels over the lines in my lane. I almost lost control of my car as it forced me off the interstate into the gravel and grass to avoid collision with the tractor trailer and being rear-ended by the large 4×4 Truck behind me.
When I managed to get back on the road, the Tractor Trailor and all other vehicles slowed down and would not pass me. Near mile marker 335 I pulled over and called 911 Dispatch. After complaining to the Trucking Company; I then had reason to believe the tractor trailer movement into my lane was intentional as part of the continuing and ongoing patterns of harassment and retaliation.
