Warning To Advise Of Clandestine Operations To Harm And Kill 

Under the guise of National Security; The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and other Federal Agencies, Fusion Centers and Law Enforcement type agencies; are engaged in clandestine Joint Targeting Operations with businesses, contractors, community organizations, and others throughout the United States. Cointelpro (counterintelligence) tactics are the take-down programs used against unwitting individuals. These operations inflict severe forms of harassment, retaliation, and surveillance. 

Those orchestrating these programs take an oath to discredit and neutralize: Deny, Deceive, Disrupt, Degrade, Destroy the citizens placed in the programs resulting oppression and helplessness. Would you call these oath takers patriots? 

Non-consensual research and experimentation; directed energy weapons assaults, the nefarious use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ algorithmic systems designed to cause a type of suffering the average person would not be able to understand or express what was happening to them until it is too late. Weaponized personal information orchestrated in everyday civil liberties by perpetrators using tactics designed to cause severe, prolonged suffering without leaving marks. Along with daily suffering; emotional, financial, and physical devastation results. 

Citizens are not told what or why they are placed in the program. Citizens are not told where to go for relief or how to purge themselves from these programs. All cruel, inhumane patterns of conduct on U. S. soil. 

This could happen to you or someone you love. Your tax dollars are paying for these unconstitutional human rights violations with little to no oversight. Was this the intent of Congress? 

Tell Congress to: 

Start immediate investigations and hearing on the Cointelpro tactics perpetrated against unwitting citizens in the United States! These actions are criminal predicates for asset stripping, racketeering, profit and greed. 

The First, Fourth, Fifth (due process), and Fourteenth (equal protection) Amendments to the United States Constitution are being violated. 

With the 1976 Church Committee Investigations; Congress assured the American people; that the American public would be protected from this type of operation ever happening again. Please help save my life and the lives of others. This is a battle that affects every citizen and is not just an isolated incident. 

Please tell Congress to start immediate Congressional Investigations into these unconstitutional programs.
